Transportation practitioners from around the state are invited to participate in the upcoming LRRB focus group. Through small and large group discussion and voting, attendees define specific issues and challenges that could benefit from research. This discussion is an integral part of the process that the LRRB uses to identify projects for funding.
What: LRRB Focus Group
Who: Public works directors, city and county engineers, assistant engineers, construction engineers, traffic engineers, environmental engineers, planners, maintenance engineers and others who have an interest in research and the topical areas listed in the attached flier.
Where: University Research and Outreach Center, 2001 Plymouth Avenue N., Minneapolis
When: Thursday, April 6, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (lunch provided)
Why: Develop and prioritize areas for future research, and develop research needs statements
