March 12, 2021 by LRRB

Project will identify best practices in the use of social media by local government agencies to share news and information with the public, answer questions and respond to concerns and educate users about programs. Researchers will focus on building audiences, creating content, receiving and responding to complaints and ensuring accessibility and removing barriers to technology for potential users in an effort to improve social media use by the local agency.
