Citizen Requests Guidebook Wins APWA Award

The LRRB’s new guidebook, Addressing Citizen Requests for Traffic Safety Concerns, was recognized with the Exceptional Performance in Journalism Award from the American Public Works Association (APWA) at its August 27, 2018 conference in Kansas City, Missouri. The handbook helps public work officials nationwide to respond to citizen’s request to traffic safety concerns. Four LRRB representatives were on-hand to receive the award, pictured below.
